
Montana Griz, Lady Griz Reload With Key Transfer Additions
The Grizzly and Lady Griz Basketball teams have mostly finalized their rosters for the 2026-27 season. Both teams are filling several vacancies, trying to get back to the NCAA Tournament next season.
Here is how each team's roster breaks down (officially... there are more players soon to be announced)
Montana Grizzlies Basketball Transfer Portal Players
Noah Bendinger - 6-4 So. Guard (Draper, Utah)
Bendinger was at Boise State last year, but did not register a minute.
Clayton Mpiana - 6-9 R-Fr. Forward (Birmingham, UK)
Originally from the United Kingdom, Mpiana spent his freshman season redshirting at Pacific in Stockton, California.
Lolo Rudolph - 6-2 Jr. Guard (San Diego, CA)
Rudolph spent last season at Hutchinson Community College. Prior to Hutchinson, Rudolph played in 19 games and started 11 at Cal State Fullerton.
Garret Dutro - 6-6 Jr. Guard (Colfax, CA)
Dutro spent last season at Sierra College and two seasons ago at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Josiah Sanders - 6-7 Sr. Forward (Phoenix, AZ)
The big man Sanders is coming off a First-Team All-CCAA campaign at Cal State Dominguez Hills. This will be Sanders' 4th stop (Central Michigan, Cal Poly Humboldt, Dominguez Hills, Montana).
Jordan Clark - 6-2 Sr. Guard (Seattle, WA)
Clark spent three seasons at Central Washington, scoring over 1,000 points.
Jalen Brown - Jr. Guard (Salinas, CA)
Brown spent both of his first two seasons at Cal State Dominguez Hills, along with Josiah Sanders, last year.

Montana Lady Griz Transfer Portal Players
Dom Nesland - 5-9 Jr. G (Phoenix, AZ)
Nesland spent both of her underclassmen years at High Point in North Carolina.
Shay Shippen - 5-11 So. G (Idaho Falls, ID)
Shippen returns closer to home after one season at Columbia in NYC, where she missed most of her first season due to injury.
Kennedy Moore - 6-2 Jr. F (Kalispell, MT)
Moore returns home after 2 seasons, 52 games, at Wake Forest in the ACC.
Paige Lofing - 5-9 So. G (Huntley Project, MT)
Another Montanan is returning home. Lofing returns after one season at Gonzaga.
