The older I get, the more I realize how important it is to stay active. No, I'm not old. I'm only 30 years old, so I don't think I'm decaying yet.

My body is still a bulwark.

Regardless, the older I get, the more I like to try new activities, too. I never used to play pickleball, disc golf, or tennis, but now I like playing all of those sports.

I'm still waiting for my interest in golf to catch up, however.

But now I might have to take an interest in squash.

What is squash?

In case you haven't seen or played squash before, it's a racket sport played on a four-walled court. Players go head-to-head, smashing a small rubber ball off the four walls, attempting to hit the ball so your opponent can't get to it.

“One of the most exciting trends in squash today is seeing the game take root in new geographies,” said CEO of US Squash Mollie Samaan in the press release.

“The partnership with the Missoula YMCA exemplifies that spirit, and thanks to innovations in court construction, opportunities like this are becoming increasingly achievable for communities that may never have considered squash before."
