Be A Part Of The Jingle & Joy Event Helping Kids This Holiday
Imagine a place where kids can find joy without the stress of holiday expenses. That’s exactly what’s happening at This Old Frat House.
JINGLE & JOY POP UP FREE STORE
Our friends at This Old Frat House in Missoula will be opening their doors to families who could use some help for the little ones this Sunday, December 21, starting at noon. And, there is still time for you to help with donations!
Recognizing that Toys for Tots will not be operating in our area this season, This Old Frat House is stepping up to help fill the gap for families across Missoula. With inflation rising and uncertainty with SNAP benefits still lurking, many households will be facing a difficult holiday season.
DONATIONS ACCEPTED UNTIL DECEMBER 20
New or gently used toys, warm clothing and coats, books, crafts, games and other
children's essentials would all still be welcome to help fill This Old Frat House for the free shopping day on Sunday.
DON'T TOSS THEM, DONATE THEM!
Each year, the U.S. produces more than 40 million tons of plastic waste, and over 80% of toys end up in landfills, contributing nearly 6% of all landfill plastics (News Decoder, 2023). Who knew that discarded toys could add up to so much?
This winter, choose sustainability AND compassion. Give toys and gifts one more chance to bring joy instead of adding to waste.
The Magic Season of Sharing Pop-Up Free Store will focus on children and teens, providing toys, clothes, and holiday essentials — all shared freely, no wrapping or price tags needed.
