The old Missoulian building has been sitting empty for years now. After the move, the riverfront(ish) property has been empty and void of Hip Strip activity. Now, there is a proposed plan to revitalize the property and transform it into an apartment/condo/hotel/rooftop restaurant/bar.

There were new alterations to the proposed plan that you can check out below.

We asked our listeners for their opinions on the matter. I thought it would be positive, but I should've known that social media doesn't sprout positivity.
