Help Soldiers And Their Pets

Sometimes the simplest things can mean a lot. Who would have thought that liking animals could lead to helping a member of the Armed Forces. You can volunteer to care for the pets of deployed and injured soldiers (guardianangelsforsoldierspet.org). Operations Paperback allows you to donate books to troops (createthegood.org/books). Or send letters to soldiers through Operation Gratitude (operationgratitude.com)

As a vet (US Army 1968-1972) I can’t tell how much simple things like these can mean to someone serving their country.
