No, Denny, it's the best feeling ever!!!! I know, duh. Consumer Reports says that's grocery shoppers' biggest peeve. What else crumples your coupons:   

Well, having to wait in line due to the shortage of open checkout lanes is the biggie. Which you know darn well you can't always blame on the store---some customers are just,---well. The next biggest complaints? Cluttered aisles and out of stock specials. The report says the shoppers surveyed average 83 grocery trips a year, spend about $5,000 annually and use store flyers, loyalty cards  and coupons.  Me?  I'm pretty low maintenance, so not much to add to the concensus. One thing:  I'm not crazy about an overly chatty checkout clerk, but at least say, "hello" and "thank you" and act like you're half sincere about it. Do you notice how many there are that aren't that way?    DB
