Grizzly Basketball Wants You to Maroon Out the Cats

Big, crazy crowds are expected for basketball's version of the Brawl of the Wild Saturday.

The University of Montana Lady Griz will host Montana State at 2:00 p.m. It's the final home game of the year for your Lady Griz, and hopefully with a wild and crazy crowd we can send them on the road on a winning note.

And that's only the beginning! Things are expected to be really crazy when the Griz meet the Bobcats at 7:00. There will be free t-shirts for UM students while they last. Free pizza, too. The UM dance team will perform at halftime and the new University of Montana Grizzly football coaching staff will be introduced as well. And oh, yeah...my friend Shane Clouse will perform the national anthem.

The Griz are only a half-game in front of Weber State for first place in the Big Sky Conference. But with their three remaining regular season games at home, they definitely control their own destiny. Let's show everybody who has the best fans in the Big Sky!

You are encouraged to get remaining tickets as early as possible to avoid long lines. It promises to be quite a Saturday of basketball!
