Glacier Park Announces FREE Admission Days for 2021

With 2021 officially here, and a COVID vaccine being distributed, it is time to start planning what destination you want to visit. After being locked up for much of 2020, lots of people are anxious to break free and travel again. Glacier Park is always a popular destination for people from all over the world. Thankfully it is practically in our own backyard.

If you have been wanting to make the trip to Glacier National Park, but have been broke due to the COVID 19 fiasco, you are in luck. GNP has recently announced their FEE FREE days for 2021. These are days when you can load the whole family up in the family wagon, and head to one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

2021 Fee-free Days

No entrance fee will be charged on these days:

Monday, January 18 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Saturday, April 17 – First Day of National Park Week
Wednesday, August 4 – One year anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
Wednesday, August 25 – National Park Service Birthday
Saturday, September 25 – National Public Lands Day
Thursday, November 11 – Veterans Day

Keep in mind that this only covers admission to the park. It does not cover any lodging, camping or any other amenities.

If you plan to go more than once or twice in 2021. A annual pass is available for a fairly decent price.

Glacier National Park Annual Pass

$70.00

This pass is valid for one year from the month of entry and admits the purchaser and passengers in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle, or the pass holder and his/her immediate family (spouse, children, parents) when entry is by other means (foot, bicycle) into the park. It is nontransferable, nonrefundable, and does not cover camping fees.
