This recipe is not only delicious it is simple to make. Great for school functions, parties and just after dinner.

Here are the easy ingredients for this fruit pizza.

  • Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • various fruit ( Strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis work great)

First start by preheating oven to 325 degrees and spray down baking sheet. Then spread out cookie dough over a baking sheet square or circle one. Then cook for 16 -20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until whipped together and easily spreadable. After cookie cools spread the cream cheese, vanilla and sugar mix over the top and then spread futi over it like pizza toppings. Cover and cool for one hour.

It's that simple! Something you can keep in the fridge for a few days as well. Here is a video of a fruit pizza design that is a little more elaborate then mine.
