If you are wanting to move to a bigger city, a friendly city would be preferred. They recently ranked 38 metro areas in the U.S. based on the friendliness of the residents, of course, but also on such “inviting features” as wine bars, pizza, and high-end shopping.  According to the survey, these are the Top 10 friendliest cities in the U.S.:
