Experts Want Us Eating Bugs — Watch Salma Hayek Lead the Way

Some years ago I saw Salma Hayek eating crickets on Ellen. It was so hot I decided to be more open minded about the practice. Good thing, because scientists are saying it's the only way to feed us in the future.

Florence Dunkel, a professor at Montana State University, was featured in an article in The New Yorker baking bugs and adding them to chocolate chip cookies for her students to try.

If I can eat tacos and chocolate chip cookies with Salma Hayek I'm in!
