I have to admit, it's one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to my fellow motorists. Not to the point where I'm going to get road raged about it, but it is annoying to be driving down the freeway and somebody is cruising along in your blind spot in the "passing" lane. GO ALREADY!!!  Well a lot of states have Stay Right Except to Pass laws on the books, and New Jersey is really getting cranky about it. They just passed a bill that raises the penalty for violating the state's keep-right law to $300! Sponsors of the bill say staying in the left lane creates traffic hazards. Now, we're talking millions of cars compared to our sparse population. But does Montana have this law? Should we have this law? Should it be enforced? If you're going to pass me, pass me okay? :-)  Drive safe, all. DB
