It was a record-setting run as a member of the Montana Grizzzlies. Now, the next goal for award-winning linebacker Dante Olson is the NFL.

The NFL Scouting Combine happens Feb. 24 - Mar. 1st in Indianapolis and Olson will put his skills on display for NFL scouts.

You might think "no big deal, that's how it works when you go from college to the pros." In one sense you would be right, that is how it goes, but it's a pretty big accomplishment for both Olson and the University of Montana. He'll become just the fourth Montana player since 2008 to take the field at the combine.

Consider the fact that 44 college linebackers will workout at the combine. Dante Olson is the ONLY one to get an invite from the FCS. A pretty cool testament to his skills and production for the Griz.

Olson will be on the field when linebackers and defensive lineman workout on Saturday, Feb. 29th.

The press release below has more info on Dante Olson's invite to the NFL Scouting Combine.
