Burrito Causes Bomb Scare

I guess it's one of those sad commentaries on our society that something like this must be taken seriously. Especially in a city like Oklahoma City and all they dealt with in the 1990s. The Associated Press tells us that a burrito caused a minor scare at an Oklahoma City police station after a guy brought it in for analysis. It was wrapped in foil and the guy said he found it in a Thermos-type container on his lawn. Because of its weight and the foil sticking out, he considered it suspicious. Police ordered him to leave it outside the station and a bomb squad was called in. That's when it was confirmed to be nothing more than a burrito. Police applauded the guy who brought it in, but did say rather than bring it to them, leave it alone and call authorities. I sure hope it was some worker that dropped or misplaced their lunch and not somebody playing a bad joke. DB
