Bow Fishing for Carp

Well another first in the books for me this weekend. Thanks to Shari and Sheila for having me out to Canyon Ferry for some bow-fishing.

Bow fishing is NOT as easy as you think. Sheila and Shari are both fishing fools and darn good at it. So going with them I always know it will be a good time.

Shari and her family have a place on Canyon Ferry and they have a blast during the summer. They have family and BBQ's, boating and fishing of course.

It was windy but we still found Carp. S&S put me on the fish but I couldn't come through with a good shot. It was cool to see them though, even though the water clarity was a bit mucky.
