Whether you like it or not, snow is around the corner. Heck, in some places it's already here. We saw a little snowfall last week in Missoula, but none of it stuck around. Montana, as a state, is a solid destination if you want to travel somewhere cold to engulf yourself in snow. If you're looking for beaches and warm weather, you'd better turn around.

Within Montana, one city is up for a vote on the best destination for snow in the U.S.

This should come as no surprise because just a few short weeks ago, Big Sky was up for USA Today's 10 Best vote on the best ski resorts in the country. You can still vote for Big Sky Ski Resort through November 5th below.
