A sensational symphony of sights and sounds awaits, but ticket availability is limited.

If you love to star gaze, the University of Montana invites you to explore the night sky and discover the Milky Way galaxy while enjoying the music of Beethoven. It's another in a series of regularly featured spectacular planetarium shows.

Housed in the Elouise Cobell Land and Culture Institute, UM's planetarium is known as the Star Gazing Room in the Payne Family Native American Center. Now open for public, private, and school shows, join them to view the wonders of the night sky and explore the cosmos.

Featuring constellations, planets, currently visible deep-sky objects, and exciting upcoming celestial events, UM's presenters design live shows to dive deeper into the cosmos and foster a greater understanding of our universe.The shows are always live, and the planetarium presenters are passionate astronomers with active research activities.

You might hear about the star lore of different cultures, discoveries in solar physics, planetary exploration, the search for exoplanets, galaxies and cosmology, and recent space science mission discoveries.

Every show is unique, with the latest show embellished with the spectacular music of Beethoven. Showtime is this Friday, April 11, shows starting at 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The presenter is Brianna Beller.
