The Flying Legends of Victory Tour is making Missoula its home this week (July 14-20).

A press release says World War II aircraft B-25 Mitchell will be parked at the Missoula Montana Airport and available for the public to see and ride in.

The sweet B-25 will be at the Museum of Mountain Flying (5843 Museum Way, Missoula, MT 59808).

B-25 Maid in the Shade Ride Prices

If you'd like a ride in the B-25 bomber, it'll cost you a chunk of change. If you want to be up front, it'll run you $375 per seat. If you want to ride in the back on a jump seat, it will be $590.

There are 4 radio compartment seats and 3 jump seats per flight.

If you're thinking, 'Eh, that's a little too spendy for me, but I'd like to see the plane still,' you can get a ground tour of Maid in the Shade for only $10 per person.

I hope you can carve out some time this weekend to check out the B-25.

"Maid In The Shade, served her wartime duty with the 319th Bomb Group, 437th Squadron at Serragia Airbase, Corsica... The plane flew 15 combat missions over Italy and Yugoslavia between November 4 and December 31, 1944."

This weekend is the only chance you can tour it.
