Unlike Angel and KC, I am a transplant. I moved to Missoula with my family when I was 13 and from that day on, always had 96.3 The Blaze on the radio. I suffer from an addiction to music (especially live concerts) and getting to work for my favorite radio station growing up not only feeds my addiction, but is a dream come true. I have worked with local musicians for years doing everything from handing out flyers for friend's bands to helping manage the local metal band, Maggedon (RIP 2011). I first started hosting Local 406 back in 2006 and missed it so much while I was gone that I HAD to come back mid 2011, then leave again in 2012 , and come back again in 2013... you would think I learned my lesson the first time. I love Missoula's local music scene, and hate missing a good local show. I like to trade "war stories," hearing about other peoples awesome concert experiences and sharing my own always makes me smile. Any random night of the week I might be found at a show, in any random mosh pit, playing hockey, or chilling back just listening to music/ rooting for the Penguins if tis the season... almost always with a PBR in hand. I'm more than stoked to share local bands over the airwaves on Sundays, listen/play some of my favorite stuff any other day of the week, and work with such awesome people here at The Blaze. I freakin' love it here and I love you Missoula!
