A New Traffic Plan

This has been a long time in coming but it’s done and it goes into play tomorrow. This is the 5^th/6^th/Arthur Project. A re-design of a difficult intersection on the edge of the U-M campus. The projects was designed to re-route traffic on E 5^th & E 6^th as well as North bound and South bound traffic on Arthur Avenue. It will also affect traffic coming off of and going on to the Madison Street Bridge. An accompanying map might help but it’s going to take motorists several days to get used to the new traffic flow.
