6 Great Things About Living in Montana
There are some unique things about living in Montana that you just don’t have living anywhere else. I should know, after all, I have left Montana once or twice. You can trust me when I tell you there is no place on earth like it. That is why every time I have left Montana, I’ve always chosen to come back (usually as quickly as I could).
Here are a few reasons why I think living in Montana is so great.
Skinny dipping freedom – Montana has so many out of the way lakes and streams that you can easily go skinny dipping without having to worry about being caught.
Fishing in the dark – Thanks to our big sky that’s loaded with stars and a bright moon, you really can go fishing in the dark in the summertime here.
Bon fires are soirees – You know you’re at a great party when the bon fire is lit. It could be in someone’s back yard or in the woods, it doesn’t really matter. If there’s a fire, there’s a good time to be had by all.
Beer is king – No fru-fru drink with an umbrella, wine or hard liquor can compare to Montana’s love for beer, especially our local micro-brews.
Checking for ticks is recommended – We actually have a valid reason to be checking our partner for ticks. It’s not just a cute song lyric here.
We’re all addicts – We are all addicted to nature. How could we not be? We are surrounded by it, even those of us that live in the “city”. We just can’t seem to get enough of it, from hiking, biking, skiing, floating, fishing and hunting, we love it all.
