Safety Comes First in the Field

Fish Wildlife and Parks is scheduling hunter safety classes the end of July and the first week of August in Ravalli County. They’ll be held in Stevensville and Hamilton. Class schedule details are available online.

All hunter education classes are free of charge, and students must be at least 11 years old to be certified. By state law, anyone born after January 1, 1985, must have completed the Hunter Education Course to buy a hunting license in Montana.
