Now that the calendar has flipped to November, it's time to put away your Halloween decorations and bring out your turkeys, cornucopias and... other Thanksgiving decorations. I don't know what else there is.

It's also time to put away the horror films and bring out the Thanksgiving films... Come to think of it, there aren't many Thanksgiving films outside of Planes, Trains and Automobiles. It's the go-to movie for Thanksgiving every year. Steve Martin and John Candy are brilliant in the comedy road trip movie. If you're like me and watch it every Thanksgiving, this year is your lucky year to watch it on the big screen.

The Roxy Theater posted its November schedule of special events. This month features Planes, Trains and Automobiles, other fun throwbacks, and a new release. Here are my top 5 showings at the Roxy this month.
