Throwback movie showings at the Roxy Theater

If it's raining, like it is as I write this article, the Roxy Theater is offering some great throwback movies.

Celebrating 50 years, Stephen Spielberg's Jaws returns to theaters from Friday to Tuesday.

Speaking of 70s icons, George Lucas' American Graffiti is at the Roxy Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

3rd Annual Hacky Sack Championship

Now this is a unique event! Love Boat Paddle Co. is hosting its 3rd annual Hacky Sack Championship on Friday, August 29, at 5:30 pm. 

 

The Missoula Hacky Sack Championship is a premier tournament style event, where teams are placed at random in a bracket. Each team will go head-to-head against another team in a 3 minute session where the goal is to register as many "Hacks" as possible. - loveboatpaddle.com

Griz Soccer vs Nevada Wolf Pack

Grizzly Soccer returns to South Campus Stadium against the Mountain West's Nevada Wolf Pack. Montana lost their last match at home and will try to restart a new undefeated streak at home.

Kickoff is slated for 1 pm this Sunday, August 31.
