I used to love going to GameStop in my video games playing days. Not that I don't play video games still, but it's not nearly as intense as it was when I was a younger lad. Perusing around the game haven searching for a great deal was always a treat.

GameStop was also nice for those trying to part ways with their old video games or systems. You can bring in your used games and consoles to snag some cash. It's not going to make you rich, but you can at least salvage something from it and give others a chance to play your old video games.

This Saturday, GameStop is opening things up to just about anything you would like to trade in.

Saturday is GameStop Trade Anything Day

On Saturday, December 6th, GameStop's Trade Anything Day will let you trade in anything.

Well, ok, not anything but a lot of randomness.

Trade Anything Day will be a fun and exciting day that redefines what trading looks like with GameStop. For one day only, GameStop will be accepting more than the standard video game and tech-related product assortment we are known for and accepting almost anything in trade*! - GameStop

Customers are limited to trading in 1 item, and there are some other rules. It must fit within the 20" x 20" x 20" Trade Anything box. Employees can turn you down if the item is outlandish. You can't trade in hazardous waste, liquids, weapons, ammo, dead or alive animals, sexual and explicit items and other rules.

I got a chuckle out of the fact that they listed "siblings." They say siblings won't be accepted.
