Jersey Mike's Named Most Popular Fast Food Restaurant
Jersey Mike's was named the country's most popular quick-service restaurant, surpassing Chick-fil-A.
ACSI newcomer Jersey Mike's enters the satisfaction rankings as the new number-one brand at 84, overtaking the long-standing QSR leader, Chick-fil-A (unchanged at 83 - ACSI's Restaurant and Food Delivery Study 2026

That checks out to the naked eye, considering Jersey Mike's just opened a second location in Missoula on Brooks, and is preparing to open a third location on E. Broadway in the Eastgate Shopping Center.

That's a big deal for Jersey Mike's, because the ACSI says quick-service restaurants are struggling to keep people coming back for more.
Quick-service restaurants, despite their scale and convenience advantages, have struggled to maintain traffic levels amid aggressive pricing and promotion strategies. Visits declined in early 2025 and have remained volatile, suggesting that the traditional value equation for fast food is under pressure. - ACSI Restaurant Study

All restaurants are in Missoula, and the two sub shops have multiple locations.
We've also got Papa John's, Pizza Hut, and Domino's rounding out the top eight. The first restaurant that appears on the list that Missoula doesn't have is Raising Cane's. Oh, how I wish we had a Cane's.
