Jersey Mike's Beats Chick-fil-A in New Rankings

There's a new sheriff in town.

Or at least a new favorite fast food joint.

Jersey Mike's Named Most Popular Fast Food Restaurant

Jersey Mike's was named the country's most popular quick-service restaurant, surpassing Chick-fil-A.

ACSI newcomer Jersey Mike's enters the satisfaction rankings as the new number-one brand at 84, overtaking the long-standing QSR leader, Chick-fil-A (unchanged at 83 - ACSI's Restaurant and Food Delivery Study 2026

That checks out to the naked eye, considering Jersey Mike's just opened a second location in Missoula on Brooks, and is preparing to open a third location on E. Broadway in the Eastgate Shopping Center.

That's a big deal for Jersey Mike's, because the ACSI says quick-service restaurants are struggling to keep people coming back for more.

Quick-service restaurants, despite their scale and convenience advantages, have struggled to maintain traffic levels amid aggressive pricing and promotion strategies.
