Incredible Holiday Craft Show Fills Daly Mansion
This weekend, one of premiere holiday craft shows in the Bitterroot Valley will overflow the rooms at Hamilton's historic Daly Mansion. The annual Holly Jolly Artisan Craft Show will be on all three floors of the mansion northeast of Hamilton.
Over 30 displays of high-quality, hand-made creations will make your shopping for that "one-of-a-kind" Christmas gift easy. Holly Jolly makes its return to the building after a COVID-driven move to the Ravalli County Fairgrounds last year. And the building seems to like the hustle and bustle of people from the main floor up to the thirds floor. For those who hate stairs, there is an elevator, too.

The $5 admission is only for adults. Kids 12 and under are free. And if you bring a non-perishable food item, you can trade it in for a raffle ticket. A holiday-themed gift will be given away Saturday at the end of the event. The hours of the show are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
The mansion will then get busy with Christmas decorating for their popular Holiday Tours, which includes Christmas trees throughout the building, along with lots of lights and holiday displays, created by the mansion volunteers.
Those tours will be coming in December. Courtney of the Daly Mansion said tours will be December 7-11 and December 13-18. On Saturday, Dec. 11th, the Bitterroot Chorus will be caroling on porch as 4:30 p.m. and there will be special Evening Tour at 6 p.m. to see the lights at night. Then, on Saturday, Dec. 18, music in the morning will be from the Bitterroot Ragtime Society and an afternoon Christmas session will be with the Bitterroot Community Band. Information at the Daly Mansion website.
