TMHT: Monkey See, Monkey Do (Adopt) From Missoula Humane Society
Meet Monkey, the cat with a calm demeanor, looking for a place to call home. She's ready to steal your heart.
It was another Take Me Home Tuesday at the radio stations with the Humane Society of Western Montana, presented by our animal loving friends at Paul's Pancake Parlor. Katie introduced us to Monkey, one of the younger cats at the shelter waiting for a forever home.
TAKEN IN AS A STRAY
Katie says as a stray, there is not much to go on for Monkey's background. They believe she is about 7-10 months old, and she does seem pretty mature for one so young. We had not had a cat from the shelter in the studio for awhile, so it was awesome to have Monkey as our guest this time around.
ANOTHER FREE VACCINES AND MICROCHIPS DAY
The Humane Society of Western Montana will be offering another one of their free vaccine clinics and microchip day on Thursday, November 13, from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. These monthly free events typically serves over 100 animals during these free events on a first come, first served basis, so please be patient and allow yourself some extra time if you want to take advantage of the offers. And if you have any questions, you can always call them in advance.
The Humane Society of Western Montana is open 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm Wednesdays through Sundays at 5930 Highway 93 South in Missoula. If you'd like to see more of the adorable dots and cats waiting for adoption right now, visit their website and click ADOPT.
