During the summer it is so important to put on sunscreen. Is SPF 100 really better then SPF 30? Let's find out more about these numbers and what it means for our skin.

WebMD explains that while "it is logical for someone to think that an SPF of 30 is twice as good as an SPF of 15 and so on ...that is not how it works."

They recommend SPF 30. They say no SPF offers 100% protection even if it says SPF 100. With SPF 15 it can block up to 94% of UV rays. I think soon they won't even be able to market anything higher then 50 plus.

No matter what your skin tone, the experts say everyone should wear sunscreen.
