The 2012 Western Montana Fair is August 7th through the 12th and this year’s theme is ‘Ropin’, Ridin’ and Rememberin’, celebrating the 100th anniversary of Montana 4-H. Fair manager Steve Earle says this year’s fair will feature the Dock Dogs competition, where fair-goers can bring their dogs to compete in various contests.

This year’s fair will also include 2 nights of bull riding and three nights of rodeo, along with lots of activities for kids and the carnival which starts on Tuesday and runs through Sunday. Then, there’s all that fantastic fair food!! Vikings, Tater-Pigs, Altrusa Club fry-bread, and dozens more choices.  Advance tickets are available at the Western Montana Fair website.
