Are you strapped for cash? Or maybe you are just interested to see first-hand how one of Montana's coolest events comes together? Well we have a solution for you! You can volunteer to help with the setting up and tearing down of the 2013 Chamberlin Rail Jam in Missoula.

15 volunteers are needed for hot air balloon rides this Friday night and Saturday morning.

Thanks for the heads-up from Ginny Merriam from the mayor's office for letting us know that the members of the Community Forum of the City of Missoula have chosen Dax Kuehn as the annual Outstanding Neighborhood Volunteer award recipient for 2010. In making the award, they cited his outstanding and selfless work in the Missoula community. A memorial tree will be planted in his honor.
