The Griz squeaked by Northern Arizona last night, winning by 2 points in the semifinals yesterday (March 13) at the Dahlberg Arena, the final score was 61-59. Jordan Gregory shot the game winning lay up with just .4 seconds left on the clock, and some saying the Griz should have gotten a technical foul.
It is always an honor to see our beloved University of Montana rank alongside other giant schools across the country. A website devoted to researching stadiums has named Wa-Griz one of the top 10 best stadium experiences in college football. Which is easy to see ,with our attendance record and legions of loyal fans, it is surprising we didn't claim the top spot.
