From traditional logging competitions to plenty of activities for your little lumberjacks, Darby Logger Days is the place to be this Friday and Saturday!

This annual family event includes 17 logging competitions, including axe throwing, poll climbing, log roll and cross-cut sawing. Get-a-Grip Montana is providing an awesome climbing wall that offers a challenge for all ages. The kids will love the tricycle races, tug-of-war contests, three-legged races, sawdust pile treasure hunt and many more. There's also live music both nights. Friday it's our pal Chance McKinney, along with JJ and Company and Northern Lights. Saturday you got Eli Hundley, Jesse Quandt and Ned Ledoux.

Events get underway at 5:00 p.m. Friday (July 20) and then 9:00 a.m. Saturday, including a parade. Entry fees are $15 Friday and $20 Saturday. Kids under 12 get in free when accompanied by an adult. There's vendors, concessions and just a heck of a good time on a beautiful western Montana weekend.

You can get lots more information here. We want to wish our Darby buddies a sensational 17th annual Logger Days!
