Three more homes have received mandatory evacuation orders on Harper's Bridge Road, and 10 more have received evacuation warnings.

Incident Commander Mel Holtz said at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday that Missoula County Sheriff's deputies contacted the three residences and informed them of the mandatory evacuation.

"They encountered some flooding across the road, and the flood waters are actually starting to erode away part of Harper's Bridge Road," said Holtz. "We also have a roadblock established and we're asking everyone to avoid that area. We're starting to get a lot of people driving around looking at the flooding, and we're asking them to stay away. There are residents attempting to move livestock and prepare for evacuation, so please don't drive in that area."

Residents are being asked to prepare for evacuation in the Harper's Road area.
