Missoula Dog Made Herself at Home in KYSS FM Studio

We had a fun visitor in the KYSS studio this morning for Take Me Home Tuesday! Roxi is one of the animals that the Humane Society of Western Montana is looking to place in a new forever home. She just arrived at the Humane Society over the weekend from one of their transfer partners in Havre but she came waltzing in like she was right at home. I'm not sure I've ever seen a dog that was so friendly and adapted so well to a new situation as Roxi did. She had quite a number of fans after making her way around the halls of our building.

Roxi is about two years old, she's been spayed, and she's ready to go home with a lucky owner or family that is ready to adopt. Roxi is great with kids and seems to get along well with other pets. She's super friendly and an all-around sweet dog. Insider tip: she'll be right by your side if you have some pea-sized pieces of cheese that you're carrying around as a special treat!

The Humane Society of Western Montana is open Wednesday through Sunday from 1 PM - 6 PM to view any of the animals that are up for adoption. Roxi is currently one of nine dogs and seven cats that are at the shelter waiting to be welcomed into a new home. All animals leave the shelter spayed or neutered, with age-appropriate vaccinations, and they're microchipped.
