Sometimes the best way to say "thanks" is with free chow. Restaurants all over Missoula are offering up some sort of deal for Vets and Active Duty.

Well, the beloved Doughboy truly became a Snowboy this week, so this year's ceremony is moving inside.

First, to all our veterans: THANK YOU. Here's hoping you are acknowledged and feel appreciated on the day set aside to honor you.

COVID-19 has changed annual plans.

The Veterans Day ceremony at the Doughboy Statue in from of the county courthouse commemorated a little known campaign fought by American troops in Russia after the end of WWI.

On a cold Monday, November 11, a few dozen veterans, community officials and military historians met at the Doughboy Statue in downtown Missoula to commemorate an operation in which American troops were sent to fight in Russia following the end of World War I.

Two days of remembrance in Hamilton.

Montanans commemorated Veterans Day on Sunday. In Missoula there was a ceremony rededicating the Doughboy Statue in the courthouse lawn.

From Hamilton High School to the Hamilton Fire Hall, bells will toll 21 times at 11 a.m. Sunday

Local veterans and military personnel can get their car washed for free next week.
