37 year-old Michael Gauci was at first suspended from his job as a Missoula County corrections officer over an incident at Splash Montana where he allegedly videotaped two women in the family dressing room. Missoula County Sheriff Carl Ibsen announced Tuesday that Gauci has been terminated from his position.

A 37 year-old Missoula man was taken into custody on Saturday at Splash Montana after he was caught allegedly videotaping adult women in the family changing area. Lieutenant Scott Brodie with the Missoula Police Department says the as yet unidentified man was in the handicapped restroom stall while he reached over the top to videotape the women.

Missoula Police are investigating an attempted child abduction at Splash Montana at about 6:45 Wednesday evening. A 10 year-old girl was waiting for her mother when an adult male enticed her toward his vehicle. The man grabbed her arm and tried to pull her into his vehicle, but she was able to break free, and the man drove off.
