For months now construction crews have been working on the site of the old Mercantile building downtown Missoula, but there was something just found that is amazing.
It rises.....the $5 million walking bridge that will help connect biking and walking trails from Missoula to Hamilton is almost in place over South Reserve, just off Brooks.
Heavy equipment is in place to begin laying the infrastructure for the walking bridge over South Reserve that will connect the Bitterroot Branch Trail to the Missoula to Lolo Trail.
An update on the latest plans in addition to a public comment and suggestion period is being held on Wednesday, May 27 in regards to the Russell Street road project between West Broadway and Dakota Street in Missoula.
