Boxing great Muhammad Ali has passed away at the age of 74. He died at a Phoenix hospital from respiratory issues related to Parkinson's disease, which Ali contracted in 1984.

Well I got in the actual ring yesterday at Title Boxing Club. In recent light of all the attacks and scary things that happen it's nice to not only do the classes at Title for the amazing cardio workout but to also learn confidence, build strength and be able to defend yourself if you needed to.
