As a Montanan, you have likely heard of skijoring, where skiers are pulled by horses through obstacle courses, they do a lot of this in Lincoln and Whitefish. Some locals are now considering getting their doggos involved.

And that's where Rob Loveman comes in. Rob has been skijoring for nearly 20 years and is now living in Seeley Lake with his 14 Siberian Huskies. He's also active in dogsledding, has raced in an Iditarod and definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to getting your dog involved in skijoring.

Rob Loveman will give a presentation this evening at REI on North Reserve starting at 6:30 p.m. to go over basic techniques and equipment needed to get started with this fun winter sport. The hour long gathering is FREE to the public but space is limited, so let REI know if you plan to go HERE.
