Crime in Montana is nothing new. When talking about crime, it isn't always easy to find good news.

According to the Advocates Injury Attorneys, the overall crime rate in the U.S. has been on the decline. In Montana, the most common non-violent crime is larceny, which is basically theft. It can be stealing property or shoplifting.
