This year's World Series was supposed to be the greatest series Major League Baseball could ask for. The Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Yankees were the top two teams in each league this year and are in the two biggest TV markets. Two of baseball's most recognizable brands last squared off in the Fall Classic in 1981, so it's been a long time coming.

Game one delivered an all-time moment when Dodgers 1st baseman Freddie Freeman gave us this iconic swing.

Ok, you may be asking "What does all of this have to do with Montana?" Well, the Treasure State has connections to both the Dodgers and Yankees. He was already a World Series champion when he won it with the Washington Nationals. Back in 2008, Hudson pitched for the Great Falls Voyagers when they were an affiliate of the Chicago White Sox.
