Montana-Born NFL Players (1994-2003)

We continue our series of Montana-born NFL players today. It's the 3rd installment, but you can, and should, read up on the most recent players with the links below.

Guys like Troy Andersen, Colt Anderson and Kroy Biermann highlighted the previous 20 years, but now we'll dial the time machine back to the 90s and early 2000s. Pro Football Reference creates the data used in the gallery below. I take guys who played their last NFL year between 1994-2003. For instance, Whitefish native Thatcher Szalay played from 2002-2005, so I included him on the 2004-2013 list.

The 90s, by the way, were a good time for Griz fans.

The span of 1994-2003 produced 11 Montanas in the NFL. It includes a Super Bowl-winning coach and a 1st round draft pick. Great Falls led the way with three players followed by Missoula with two.
