Missoula Olympic Medalist Katharine Berkoff will be back in Missoula on Sunday, January 26 to host a swim clinic.

Specifically, Berkoff's club team will be hosting a backstroke clinic.

"Come join Olympian Katharine Berkoff for a fun and informative backstroke clinic to improve your technique and speed in the pool!" - the EventBrite description.

There are two courses offered by Berkoff and company. The ages 11 and over session is the first hour from 10 - 11 am, while the younger kiddos, 10 and under, jump in the water from 12:15 - 1 pm.

I reached out to Katharine to get her on The Daily Drive with Ace Sauerwein to promote her backstroke clinic but haven't heard back from her. I also wanted Berkoff on the show to check in on her Olympic medals. Reports are circulating that several Paris 2024 Olympic medals are deteriorating.

Man, how disappointing would that be? You reach the top of the event you've been training for years at. You receive your medal and within a year it looks like the old pickup your dad won't trade in because it still works. At least the IOC says they will provide replacements, but still it's disappointing.

Anyway, Berkoff's Backstroke Clinic still has spots for your kiddo. For more information and to sign up head to the Event Brite website listed below.
