How To Nap At Work!

A cat nap now and then is supposed to do us good.  At least that's what I've been hearing.  I've never been one to nap during the day, always having trouble sleeping while the sun is up! Of course it's kinda tough since I'm playing the workday tunes for ya too!

The Huffington Post (online) has put it all together for us.  How To Nap At Work is great!  Now it's time for me to nod offffff.......
