Good Friday Fly Fishing On the Bitterroot

It was so great having my friend in town. We had a float trip postponed due to some issues but we were still going out fishing no matter what.

Now I am not the best teacher but my friend already knows how to fly fish a little. It wasn't the best day as it was pretty windy in the Bitterroot. We had a few hang ups like I mentioned and so I wasn't expecting much. I am still learning and it recently just clicked with me. I now know a bit of what I am doing but not enough to show anyone else. Remember though... any day fishing is better then a day working.

It was a good Good Friday even if we didn't get into any fish.

I did just spend sometime on another river and spent some time on the oars. Great time of year to get out!
