Do you love cheesecake, but hate the calories? I myself am a cheesecake lover, but don’t eat it as often as I like because of how fattening it is. That, and well, to make a traditional cheesecake, you have to bake it. It takes a lot of time and effort to make a true cheesecake.

If you’re like me and you’re short on time, but love to eat cheesecake, then this recipe is for you. It is just a few ingredients, no baking and super simple. Another great thing about this recipe is that it is really easy to make any flavor cheesecake you like, all you have to do is change the flavor of pudding mix that you use.

This recipe really makes enjoying cheesecake guilt free. Thanks to the Greek yogurt, your cheesecake will also be packed with protein. This is a plus for those of us who want to eat healthier, but still like to indulge in dessert now and then.

Cheat on Your Cheesecake Cheesecake

1 - 16 ounce tub of plain Greek yogurt

1 - 1 ounce box of your favorite flavor Jell-O pudding

12 graham crackers, crushed

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoon butter, melted

Mix crushed graham crackers and sugar together in an 8-inch pie plate. Pour melted butter onto the graham crackers and mix well. Now press the moist graham crackers onto the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.

Keep the Greek yogurt in its original container, and slowly stir in the pudding mix a little at a time, so as to avoid lumps. Once the pudding mix is completely mixed into the yogurt, simply scoop the mixture on top of the crust. Allow the cake to sit for a few hours, or overnight is even better.
