"Moocall" is making a name for itself in the United States after being developed in Ireland. A sensor is attached to the tail of a pregnant cow. It measures tail movement patterns that are brought on by labor contractions. On average, the owners of the expectant mothers get notifications on their phones about an hour before the birth.
