Geez, if you want to do something as controversial as drive around with a Confederate flag on your rig in the name of free speech (here comes our friend the First Amendment again)....

I guess that's your call. But if your employer (an Oregon school) says don't display it on school grounds, wouldn't you respectfully put it away then if you feel that strongly about it, re-attach when you leave?  He's a school bus driver, refused to remove the Confederate flag (emblazoned with "Redneck") on school grounds. They fired him. He's suing with the help of a civil liberties group.  Ummm, if you don't have enough common sense to abide by the request, sir, I'm not sure I'd want you driving my kids on a bus.
