Worst Gas Station Robbery Attempt Ever

We already know that most crooks aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. But to risk prison time for two bucks?

Nope, we're not kidding. In Pennsville, New Jersey, police are on the lookout for a guy who went into a gas station, pulls a knife on the attendant and demands $2 worth of gas. He was carrying a gas can, and either it was the size of a travel mug, or the guy had no idea how little $2 worth of gas was.

And even though authorities would not advise defying someone holding a weapon to you, the attendant just told him no, and he ran off. If there was a getaway vehicle hidden somewhere, it obviously didn't get very far!
